Mercurio receipt — Mercurio Submission Receipt (Justificante)

The official PDF receipt Mercurio gives you the moment your renewal application is signed and submitted. Contains the expediente (file) number, the submission timestamp, and the list of documents you uploaded. This is your proof that the renewal is officially 'en trámite'.

How to get it

Issued automatically by Mercurio after you press 'Firmar y enviar' and AutoFirma confirms the signature. The download button appears on the confirmation screen — click it before closing the tab.

Common mistakes

— Closing the Mercurio tab before downloading the receipt — there is no easy way to fetch it again
— Saving only a screenshot instead of the official PDF — some offices reject the screenshot

Save the PDF in at least two places (local + cloud) and write down the expediente number. You'll need it to check status, to request a regreso, and to pick up your new card.
